" Roll-up cover and rack review: I just purchased the ACESS Original Roll-Up cover and the ADARAC Aluminum Series Rack from Agri-Cover INC. Prior to purchase I had a lot of questions about the products After my first e-mail to my last e-mail Kurt Rostenbach was extremely prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable of his company's product. He also had a very personable personality that was a great plus to his outstanding customer service. When I received the cover and rack there were informative instructions with videos on how to install both products. These were installed on my new 2023 Chevy 2500HD LTZ/Z71 Duramax. There were some minor scratches on one rail. There were also a few bolts missing. Kurt very promptly sent the new rail and bolts to me FedEx. The quality of your products should last us a long time. It is always nice to do business with a person like Kurt that even stood by his product after the sale. I am sure Kurt is an asset to your company. Highly recommended... Thanks again Kurt... " Originally purchased this cover in 2016 for my new Sierra and now in 2023 still looks and works likes new. Recently purchased a 2023 Tacoma and bought same cover for this vehicle. Thought I had installed correctly but had an issue with it not sealing entirely. After a number of back and forth emails with customer service, they walked me through the install mistake that I had made and everything functions perfectly now. I would not hesitate to recommend this product or company to anyone. The product I'm using has been great as far as workmanship and durability. Back that up with solid customer service and I can't say enough good things about this group. If you're thinking about giving them a try, do it...I can't imagine you'll have any regrets. "

" I bought my first Access bed cover in 2003 for my Dodge Ram 1500. We bought a Ram 2500 in 2006 and I transfered the cover to it. I replaced the material on it in 2019 only because the hook and loop wouldn't hold anymore... the cover was still good! I didn't have to be sold so when we just bought a 2018 Ram 2500 we put a new Access Roll up cover on it. We love it. It keeps the fifth wheel hitch in the back in good shape and it looks good. "

" I don't know why it took me so long to buy this cover. It is a God-send for keeping the pine needles and debris out of my truck bed when parked all summer under my pine trees. It looks great and does a decent job of keeping dust and water out. I never expected it to be 100% watertight or dustproof, but I would rate it at least 98% on each. The only criticism I have so far is that the siderails are prone to sliding down in the rear end of the bed (which affects your ability to close the tailgate with the cover down) if you drive on uneven terrain, such as roads with ruts. It tweaks the bedframe, which causes the rails to slide over time. It doesn't matter how much you tighten the clamps, I consider this a minor inconvenience and am considering drilling a hole and putting a sheet metal screw through it and the bed rail to keep it in place. Other than this, I find the cover to be well built and high quality. I would buy this cover again in the future. "

" Great cover. I had on my Silverado for 8 years and got a second one when I bought my Tundra this year. Only modification I'm recommending (did that already on previous one) is to have longer velcro on the two longitudinal bars so they stay with the tarp all the time. I've had multiple instances that the bars come detaches. Velcro should be about an inch longer. "

" The cover is great. Installation was easy and quick. I purchased the cover and bed mat for a 2022 Toyota Tundra which requires a little different Installation. The instructions were included and simple to follow. I was not aware of the securing of the bed mat. It requires either drilling the bed for the snaps or peel and stick snaps. I do not want to drill holes in my bed and I have a spray on bed liner so the peel and stick will not work. I highly recommend the tonneau cover. "

" This is my second Access cover. I looked at all the different options and decided to stick with the original Access cover because I liked the first one I had and it held up for over 10 years. Yes, it's more expensive than the Chinese knock offs and some of the other ones, but it's worth it. Everything was fit for the Tacoma. All the little details were addressed, and I didn't have to do anything unusual to get it to fit or seal. I installed it in about an hour and half. The truck specific videos were helpful and removed any doubt on how to install it. Happy overall so far. "

" I purchased and installed an original roll-up cover in April 2005. The truck it is on sits outside in the weather in western Washington. My cover developed a couple of small holes this year (2022) and I ordered the Replacement Vinyl Cover and Storage Straps and installed them in early October. Great product! Rolls up and back down easily even in freezing weather. The 17+ year lifespan of the original fabric was great! "

" This is the third cover I have bought from your company and it's just as good as the first. My very first cover lasted 7 years thru snow ice rain and extreme hot weather. " Received cover quickly with no damage. Installation was a bit more challenging than the instructions explained but I did get it installed in a couple hours. Everything works great and looks god. It's not 100% water tight which I can live with...going to us caulking type materials to eliminate small leaks! Took an 800 mile trip and cover worked grate. I am satisfied with the cover and would recommend it! No photos at this time ... truck stays under a cloth cover most of the time...it's raining today and supposed to the next couple of days, will submit photos at a later date. "

" I had an Access roll-up cover on my previous puck-up. I recently sold it. After 17 year the Access cover was still in great shape. Thanks for great product. My new installation was on a 2020 TOYOTA TUNDRA WITH DECK RAIL. The 10 ft-lbs torque called out in the 50172 instructions seemed to be very high. I stopped short of that. Also, the roll cover hits the center top of the tailgate. I center and the side rails were level with the fenders. I am not sure if the talgate peaks up in the center or what. "

" The cover fits great. The installation instructions provided with cover need to be clearer, pictures and wording. I had read 3 to 4 times to understand assembly. The assembly of the rubber strip on side rails was not straight running off the edge of the side rail, maybe better-quality inspection. Once installed the cover fits great. No water leaks. Checked bed after heavy rain and snow. No leaks.. 4 stars show improvement can be made on instructions and quaility inspection in my case the rubber seal for the side rail. "
