" Directions for the installation of the Access Lorado are pretty straight forward. You will need 2 sets of hands (or at least I did)installing the rails and getting them correctly set as well as getting the cover set up correctly and evenly on both sides. Only direction for me that was vague, was the instructions in getting the correct tension set and it not being too tight, which I am still not sure I have correctly or not? The cover fits well and looks good on the truck as well as keeping the bed pretty much water free. "

" I just recently purchased the Lorado Roll-up cover for my 2015 Colorado. I couldn't be more pleased with quality of the product and the ease of installation and operation. This is my second vehicle where I purchase this cover. My first was for a Ford f-150. I had the truck and cover for five years and the cover looked as good as it did when it was new. I took care of it and kept it closed when not in use. Great product! "

" Hi I just wanted to tell you how impressed I am with your product . I am a Chrysler parts mgr. in central florida . I bought a roll up tonneau for my personel truck in 2005 when I bought the truck new.I have sold your products through my parts dept. for aprox 15 years with great results. My tonneau has been installed on my truck for 9 years , all of those years always outside . Living in central Florida the sun ruins everything . This thing still looks great and works great . While looking for a cover for another vehicle when I came across the lorado info the warranty caught my attention. It had never occurred to me to check for warranty , Heck I had had it for ever !! But just for grins I called and spoke with Eddie , the Velcro on mine was turning grey from the uv and one of the buckles that hold the rolled up cover had cracked . The response was what address would you like us to send replacement to , and is that all you need . *** That's a warranty and That's customer service !!!!!
